I just went to London about 2 weeks ago, I wish I could have gotten you to meet me somewhere! . Ah well, I plan on going there again, it's so amazing! You're in Manchester though right?

Gah, I want to go see Dark Knight, too, hopefully tomorrow night. Everyone is raving about how awesome it is.

ooooh how was London? It's really huge isn't it? When I go I feel like I'm in another country, haha. Manchester is big but not as big as London by far!
Not seen Dark Knight yet going to the Lakes for a week and then to Scotland for another week so maybe sometime then Did you see it yet? I read a critique thingy of it and the critic reckoned if Heath Ledger was still alive, he wouldn't be nominated for an oscar. He thinks everyone's going overboard because he's dead. Still ... he'll blatantly win the oscar though! lol. Wouldn't wanna be in the same category as him haha.

I'm doing well - I got a new job, Kira is growing up faster than I imagined. Trying to get more into photography. Started a new website last month (you should upload your photo there - represent the UK!

What's the course you're taking? (Film Studies?)

I LOVED London! Haha I'd like to move there. Unfortunately it's very expensive (especially compared to the US dollar!) We went shopping in Camden, it was awesome! A lot of fun.

I really liked Dark Knight, I saw it a few days ago. I haven't seen the other Batman films so I don't have anything to compare to, but I really liked the acting.

Heyy, sorry for late reply just got back from a holiday in scotland! Nothing like London at all in fact, the area we went to was the most sparsely populated area in europe! I felt pretty alooone up in tha hills, heh.
Yeah, London's expensive anyway ... prices in a supermarket are different there, even if the same supermarkets up north. It's ridiculous!
I FINALLY saw the Dark Knight! It was amazing I proper loved it, haha. I wouldn't want to be in the same oscar category as Heath Ledger

Yeah, had a bad start. Didn't really know what to do with myself so I did all the wrong things instead ah well ... trial and error!
Aww little Kira how old is she now? My cousin had a baby about 6 months ago, I'm sure it was only like last week, heh!
Nah the course I'm taking is Art History but I get to choose pretty much anything as a free option, so I chose film noir as it sounded quite cool and it was about the only thing that fitted into my timetable! It was mostly just watching the films, learning about different directors etc. Fritz Lang or whatever his name was ... lol.

Kira is 2 1/2 now - growing lots, and learning lots too.

I'm glad you're doing better at univeristy.. I know a lot of people who had difficulty transitioning because they didn't know what was expected (it's very different than high school.)

Art History is cool.. does this mean you're working up to a job in a museum somewhere?
